At Larks we partner and support local farmers, creameries, grass-fed meat and dairy producers, and sustainable seafood providers, to create dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavors. Our co-executive chefs Kate Cyr and David Georgeson create menus that best showcase what is in season.
